We are over the moon to announce that Silkie Stout won both Overall Champion Cask and Overall Champion Keg Awards at the Indie Beer Scotland Awards 2025, something that has never been done before!

We were delighted to welcome Northern Monk’s Head Brewer & Co-Founder Brian Dickson to our brewery/distillery to brew an Imperial Stout which will be developed into three distinct products over the coming years: Dead Point Imperial Stout – Some of the brew will be released in its original form in keg and can for both the on- and off-trade. Fiona and Euan MacEachern, who set up Loch Lomond Brewery in 2011, have recently expanded into spirits production, creating West Highland Spirits gins and vodka at their Dumbarton-based distillery on the banks of the River Leven. Now, they are taking their expertise one step further with Levenbank Distillery set to become the Lowlands’ newest whisky producer.
